Either struck a cargo ship, accidentally sunk or something else. Vanished with all hands somewhere north of Panama.
It was the biggest sub of its time before sinking (after which biggest sub title went to the IJN’s type A and I-400), simply because of the naval treaty shenanigans (the french gov of that time tried to go around the cruiser tonnage limitation by fitting cruiser armament - 2x203mm - on a Submarine, which were not tonnage limited), can’t really say it was a resounding success, but at least it makes for… an interesting design, shall we say X)
Sadly it’s not not a singular vehicle, as the SPADA is being carried by the radar truck. Maybe that will change as vehicles like these have been already tested (Churchill Crocodile). Also, I’m not sure if it will go to Italy, due to the vehicle being Pakistani, however I’d still like it being there.
Hope Gaijin expands into WW1/early inter-war with the tech trees, and that we get a line for dirigibles should they do it. I want to keep flying Zepplins, and want to meme with them in top tier at least once.
Speaking of, I think ‘mothership’ aircraft can also work, where it’s similar to how ships use their scout planes. There aren’t a lot of aircraft that fit the bill, but there are 3 dirigibles that can could be added that way (1 experiment British experiment and 2 of the Akron class, which are second only to the Hindenburg in size), as well as a B-29 and a couple TIBs by the Russians.
An A6M3 in official surrender markings would be nice to see eventually, either as a skin or a new vehicle.
Most of the aircraft’s skin was painted white, with large green crosses painted where the roundels would be.
This specific photographed aircraft still survives in the Auckland Meuseum, formerly 2-182 while in Japanese service, then as NZ-6000 while in NZ service.
Probably start at the late 1700s, that way the Big 3 call all have something (though they could go earlier and have the US be an Israel deal where the tree only unlocks after you get sufficiently far enough into the English tech tree), and then have this new tree go to the tail end of the pre-dreadnought era, though that could be another separate thing as well, going from ironclads to those aforementioned pre-dreads.
Would also be a great excuse to introduce boarding as a mechanic. Maybe also have it so that you can take a vessel as a prize, which can act as a second life and have it follow you around, assisting you.
Could also be fun to have an event in a similar vein to WW1, where everyone fights in Roman and Carthaginian boats, and the reward for the event are those boats.
