An aspect of aerial warfare that has been mostly skipped is aircraft using air-to-air rockets as interception armament. While those are pretty niche and would be difficult to use (unless proper missions are added for them), it would be cool to see more of them added.
Here’s a few:
I wasn’t sure if Canada operated the Mk.5 and knew Belgium operated that only so I didn’t give a specific variant. Also has to do with the fact I only found out this plane existed about 5 minutes before posting this, so I don’t know much about it yet.
But yeah this.
i don’t have a problem with the other nations getting their version, i just want the home nation to get its equivalent, for example expanding on the Skyhawks, the US has the A-4B, and as a squadron A-4E early, meanwhile Israelis get a premium A-4E late, A-4M without the extra electronics, a A-4E early with GBU-8, and a A-4N Skyhawk 2, while the US did indeed use these (aside from the N the marines used the M), it still annoys me that the US is still missing a later A-4 especially after a A-4M was spotted in the files a long time ago
ive seen a lot of people ask for artillery type stuff but, as gaijin has stated the maps are to small for the typical 105/155 stuff, so what if we think smaller
throughout ww2 many different halftracks were outfitted with morters, between 40, 60, 80, and 120mm respectivly with ranges being either small or just small enough for the battlefields in the game
Yeah I agree with that, I just mean that there are cases, such as the F-4 Phantom, where nations kept them in service far longer and upgraded them well beyond what the home nation did, those are what I’m a against adding to the home nation.
Stuff like the USAs later model Skyhawks absolutely should be added, that’s not even a question.
Same with Russia missing the 2 most advanced T-54 models
