From what I can tell, no one other than maybe Indonesia bought it.
For Indonesia I am unsure if their upgraded su-30s were to the kn, mk or mk2 standard. Iβd bet @NFrost51 would know though

so basicly they took su30 and gave it more cas capabilty ( smarter weapons )
no A2A upgrade mention tho ?
its would be a great cas plane for 13.3 ( can be 13.7 if it get the 2 more iner wing A2A missile, also depend on the radar) as most russia 13.3 and lower are stuck with su24m and mig27k.
