Canada build the LAVS, the USA buy them and modify them… If it’s American use only I don’t care about those LAV, those can go in the USA tree

Since this initial variant is identical to Hungarian one I would better just have additional skins for it.
I think I have to make a suggestion to change operator depending on the chosen skin.
