Unfortunate, I was doubting the Pion but not the M110, I guess I’d settle for the Bereg, AS-90 and the T92 HMC.
What do you mean by “flat fire”? The M110 had about 2° of depression, and was able to direct fire if it needed to.

Please quote the section in the War Thunder rule book where 2° of depression “isn’t enough for the game”. We are more unlikely to see the M110 in game, because the only thing it has over M55 is RAP shells (which would have limited functionality in game) over “too little gun depression” (keep in mind, several Russian vehicles have 3° of depression, so I guess 2° is the limit huh?)

Yes sorry, I should probably be a little more clear in my sentences, sorry for the hostility. The M110 isn’t a super tall vehicle, so I think the -2° should be an ok amount. But again, RAP shells were more for distance, I’m not sure how they would perform when slamming into a tank at a distance of like 200m, but I guess we could find out in game.

Wait a second when did this become real???
Hungary, Romania, and Poland are all apart of different nations as opposed to the USSR. There’s precedent for former USSR nations to not be affiliated with the USSR tech tree. Once again, the implementation of new vehicles in the game are based on filling gaps and maintaining an as semblance of balance across the tech trees.
So,
what I found,
M107 (175mm) has M116C sight for direct fire but RoF is 1 rnd per minute
M110A2 (203mm) has M139 direct fire sights but RoF is 1.5 rnds per min
2S7 Pion (203mm) has OP4M-87 sights for direct fire but Rof is 1.5 rnds per min
2S5 Giatsint-S (152mm) OP4M-87 sights for direct fire but Rof is 5 rnds per min and can fire BP-540/3-VBP1 HEAT shells.

Yes the reload is problematic too, I somehow forgot about that. I’m trying to find a velocity on the M650 HERA shell, no luck so far.
