Yes it’s exactly what it looks like. An M113 with a Chaffee turret.
And as a bonus, the Wan Cheng 3. An M113 (completely stock, whereas the Wan Cheng 2 cut down the roof and moved the engine to the rear) with 126mm Kung Feng rockets.

Lower br than the M24 chaffee I suposse
It would basically be a taller Chaffee with 1 less crew (effective armor would be slightly worse too, but not enough to matter), so I guess so.
Also slower, maybe worst depression, and worst armor. Wonder if at least keeps it stab.
They literally just took the turret off a Chaffee and dropped it into the turret ring they cut into an M113 roof, so probably kept the stab. No reason to remove it after all.
What exactly is the Obj. 478M? T-80B proto?

Unless it becomes possible to expand tech trees to 6+ lines instead of the current limit of 5, the neither Britain nor Germany (current locations of the 2 Polish tanks & 1 Polish ship) has room to be the host of a Polish subtree.
Thus we need an independent Polish TT.
