Next patch and beyond wishlist(Everything except Tech Trees) (Part 2)

That’s the moral dilemma yeah

No nerf DIRCM. Horrible idea to add new ones.

Nah man, we have to add all the DIRCM.

The fact that we neither got the standard ZBD-04:

nor the ZBD-86A :

but are already thinking of the next newest thing or were thinking of some ASEAN sub tree ~ doesnt quite sit well with me

Stryker AT looks pretty similer to Mowag Piranha ETS, Can it raise up by chance?

Not the same, it would be around 10.0 or 10.7 because of TOW 2 As and bs but its unique and made with only American tech. Not to mention gen 2 thermals with great mobility.

I was aksing since im a huge fan of the Mowag ETS from Denmark and i knew Falck Schmidt did a system on the Stryker at one point.

Most America vehicles (including the stryker series) are made entirely in the US, the “LAV” was derived from the Piranha, then Canada sold of the drawings from the lav 1 to the united states which later came the lav 2. The Stryker is also very similar and takes a lot of inspiration from mowag but being built by GD.

Was more so asking about the weapon system i know about the chassis, was just curious if the Stryker AT was similar or the same as the model done by Schmidt since they look pretty similar but slightly different

Let me look into that rq

So E Falck Schmidt made a prototype for the elevation drive on the system but the ones who make it for the Stryker ETS are Delco and Raytheon.

In short, the mast was made by the danish but optics and missiles were Delco and Raytheon which im not surprised. (most “LAV” contracts involve DELCO since they make and source most of the parts)

I’d suggest you recheck where the hull is built for the Stryker.

Canada like the LAV isn’t it?

Yep, London, Ontario, just like every other variant of the LAV. The only exception I’ve seen so far is Australia, which built them itself.
