Not really. Unless they give it munitions china never bought, tested or used it’ll mostly be the same as the J-11B with a few more KH-29’s no glide bombs and much worse flight performance and avionics

Israel not only used the IS-3M (it wasn’t just captured), but they retrofitted the engine from the T-54A to it. It has an almost identical power output, it’s like less than 20hp stronger depending on the source, but still a notable modification making it slightly unique. It would also be the only heavy tank Israel could get, and having the modified variant for the TT and regular one for a premium would be helpful for the tree if you ask me. They used the vehicle in combat, what more could you ask for.
