I cant see the DEVs doing that any time soon, if ever. The backlash for some players and western media would be insane… If they don’t add the T-84 to USSR and Japan like they are doing with the Stingray for USA and Japan I don’t think we will ever see Ukraine stuff in the USSR tree.
Even if it does make the most sense as Ukraine is a former USSR nation, just like Russia is. And the tech-tree is called USSR, not Russia.
We already have 5 Czechoslovakia vehicles in the tree. And despite what people here say about USSR not getting a Czechoslovakia sub tree, just look at Germany getting a Swiss sub-tree.

You would still receive a lot of backlash from the Czeckoslovak community, and Czeckoslovakia has more potential to be an independent tech tree than Ukraine
