Gaijin needs to stop making everything Chinese mid or bad and actually give China a chance to compete against the other nations. Player skill does not equal to vehicle performance. Just because China has a good win rate doesn’t mean that China should not get buffed. The way gaijin treats Chinese vehicles is absolutely atrocious and some people still do not think anything of it.

Fun fact, the J-16 won’t be anything special in WT
It gets less and worse missiles compared to the SU-30SM in both WVR and BVR (no were not getting the PL-15 or PL-10)
It doesn’t get any meta WVR missiles
It gets worse BVR missiles compared to the F-15E and EF
probably worse TWR depending on the weight gaijin gives it ~17700-~19000
The PL-12 is worse in medium ranges compared to the MICA
Worse maneuverability than all canard fighters obviously
Same mediocre flare count of 96
It’ll be a good BVR-medium range platform but it’ll still get outperformed in every field by other jets in game already
And just because it won’t be the best doesn’t mean gaijin deliberately made it bad or mid.

would be crazy if su35 still ends up being the better jet even after adding pl15 , pl17 ,r77m , r37m. j-16 uses an aesa radar irl but the azimuth coverage of su35s radar would be much better making it much more op in game. (+more missiles).
It will be better in game with the current missiles and meta.
If we get long range missiles like the PL-15 and such my money is on the J-16 in BVR due to better TWR, getting to altitude and speed will be much more important than radar limits in that scenario.
But i have my doubts we’ll ever see these super long range missiles, my guess is we’ll cap out at around ~150km so PL-15E, AIM120D, R-77M
Neither the J-16 nor J-15T will be added to the game until we obtain the PL-10, since the PL-10 is the sole infrared-guided missile equipped on these aircraft.

I wouldn’t be too sure about that. Gaijin doesn’t really care when it comes to historical aircraft loadouts they’ll give it something even if its something it’s never used
Their wingtip pylons are physically incompatible with the PL-8B, resulting in model clipping.
That’s true. But i still wouldn’t put it past them. It wouldn’t be the first model with clipping issue

su-35 is not that far off it will have a better twr than than the su30sm and being able to notch and fire/maintain a hard lock is a pretty good feature. (even tho it will severely affect its range if launched while notching). already the smt is pretty good at this the su35 will be even better.

After successful iranian F-14 event for US (i think the best reward for a event in war thunder history) now its another GREAT REWARD for a Event for US:
iranian F-4E with upgraded avionics radars and new weapon
R-73, chinese missiles, and etc
ugraded iranian f-4s has a sign on their fuselage (Douran project)
