a CTA 40 with proxy fuze and some mistrals would be a decent AA, add in a small radar while you’re at it

Unfortunately, the french doctrine revolves around a multiple vehicle approach

Spoiler

CTA 40 doesn’t have proxy fuse rounds, it uses programmable air-burst

I could swear A3B was airburst, maybe i got it wrong though

Thailand’s AT-6TH

It’s funny how shooting an RPG at the ground penetrates slightly less than dropping a bunker busting bomb from 20km up

I know you are joking, but we have to consider it’s not accounting for the post penetration damage. Rocket explodes on impact, creates a concentrated jet that pierce the ground.
A 250kg bomb will first penetrate, and then explode with much more explosive mass, meaning the shockwave might damage underground stuff much more

from the general, it’s a Chinese E-2. from the details, it’s quite different, they copied the proven structure design with their own ideas.
