Honestly it’s a horrible idea to build a large ship like that (carrier’s being the exception). The focus should be smaller, more survivable ships especially against drones, build drone motherships, incorporate hypersonic and laser systems to platforms like DDG(X) and Arleigh Burke-Flight III’s rather than build yet another platform. Not to mention, decommission the remaining LCS’s and CG’s. When I was in the Navy, drones were annoying as well as dealing with small craft en masse.

I replied some time ago with an image of the Su-15TM and as it so happens a silhouette appearing to be the same is on the 2026 decal in the Christmas boxes. idk i think dropping a plane that can launch modern fox 3s at 12.7 would be kinda stupid, most planes at 12.7 and below already struggle against the phoenix at the same BR
To me I don’t I think it’s gonna be that much more effective than it already is. You’d only get two and it’s the export version with a radar that’s not the best which is vastly different than the F-14s we have.
