CTA 40 doesn’t have proxy fuse rounds, it uses programmable air-burst
I could swear A3B was airburst, maybe i got it wrong though
Isn’t there a shell being made for it, i think heard that.
For 2028 i think ~.
yes, i think that’s A3B, by the time CTA 40 arrives in game, it will probably be ready X)
Yes!
good answer
It’s funny how shooting an RPG at the ground penetrates slightly less than dropping a bunker busting bomb from 20km up
I know you are joking, but we have to consider it’s not accounting for the post penetration damage. Rocket explodes on impact, creates a concentrated jet that pierce the ground.
A 250kg bomb will first penetrate, and then explode with much more explosive mass, meaning the shockwave might damage underground stuff much more
new KJ600 naval AWACS
they didnt even try to hide the E-2 ancestry. the more i look at it the more similarities i see
from the general, it’s a Chinese E-2. from the details, it’s quite different, they copied the proven structure design with their own ideas.
T-54 and T-55 with gtd-3t turbine engine generating 700 horsepower
idk, its really really similar to the E-2, im sure the radar and stuff is different but even then if they copied that much of the aircraft…
They could have also used tech from the Yak-44… which is also a copy of the E-2 ;)
