It does not get flares, and such a list doesn’t exist for now, but I and someone else are looking to make a suggestion post for it this month.
Recon MIG-25? Those weren’t armed.
Perhaps make the TOW launchers unfunctional in-game due to a lack of proper ammunition? The 2A72 is more than capable of balancing out the Bradley’s comparatively decent amount of armor (for an IFV).

God the lightning is a really bad name for such a whale of a jet. Like how can you possibly make the f4 phantom look sleek and nimble.
