Qinetiq is a research and testing contractor for the UK MoD, was (basically) previously DARA before privatisation. Think DARPA but with more tea. Why did they privatise it? No clue, but that government would have privatised their sock drawer for £5 and a pint of paint thinner

I know it’s Czechoslovakian, I was questioning why this one appears to be in East German markings (I can’t tell very well due to the angle but the truck in the back also appears to be in GDR markings as well). The photo is from 2005 iifrc.
Edit: I found the original picture, it was uploaded to De.Wikipedia in may of 2007 with the description:
“left to right: SPW-40P2 (Ch) radiological-chemical reconnaissance vehicle, Tatra T813 heavy truck and OT-90 APC.”
Due to the angle I can’t fully make out the roundels but the one on the SPw-40 appears to be East German as well as the one on the Tatra, the OT-90 also appears to have a East German roundel but I can’t tell.
Also, I kinda think the gun looks a little different from other OT-90s (if it even is one) though that could just be the angle. It also appears to not have a secondary MG, Only the 14.5 KPVT.

Proposed SU-203
SU-152 but with 203mm M-4 mounted.
Was a straight forward adaptation, since the towed versions of both 152mm ML-20 and 203mm M-4 shared the same carriage.
