Next patch and beyond wishlist(Everything except Tech Trees) (Part 2)

well some nations probs should have been removed from that like russia that doesn’t need a new spaa tbh… and if they do what the heck gaijin,…

New SPAA is welcome for all nations

my fella the russians have the best spaa for their nation for like a couple years no nations are even close baring china… they have the fastest and longest range missiles and radar… they don’t need it… cos let’s be real if they did given them a new one it would be top again…

The pantsir is easy to kill with current CAS. And CAS is only going to get stronger from here.

So, welcome for all nations

did you not read the part where no other nation has an equivalent on the level of russia my fella… what I’m saying is maybe give the other nations a chance before giving russia a new monster that stomps on everyone else all over again…

I disagree. A skilled operator can shoot down all incoming munitions thanks to its RADAR and armament and drop the firing aircraft relatively easily. Can’t do that with most SPAA of other nations currently

But always down for SPAA. The Tor-M1 would be nice

Its very easy to overwhelm with shear volume of weapons

I disagree, I can counter it with the sheer amount of missiles and 30mm. I’ve shot down 5x incoming missiles before with it.

Any SPAA can still be overwhelmed with enough missiles though. All depends on who’s playing the Panstir.

It really doesn’t take much, a couple of munitions from different directions. The more friendlies up at the same time the better.

Or you can skip all that and just close range pop-up attack it with one munition.

It kind of depends who’s playing it honestly. The advantage of the Panstir vs. any other SPAA save the HQ-17 is its RADAR. You can see any munition practically in the air. This gives me a large advantage over any SPAA because I can use my very maneuverable missiles which I have a lot of to shoot down the missiles. I’ve hit Mavericks and KH-38’s with it pretty easily. When I’m low on missiles I’ve got the 30mm’s to hopefully get lucky, which I have, in shooting down the missile that way due to the sheer amount of lead I can put in the air. Even glide bombs too.

There’s no other comparison to it. It’s a highly effective platform when in the right hands, more so than any other. Sure you can overwhelm it as with any other SPAA, but the Panstir easily has the best chance of survival if they know what they’re doing. I really like it for this reason and hope that we can see somewhat of a comparable vehicle in other nations as well. There are some options but there mostly all limited in range. Like the Sgt. Stout can do similar stuff with its gun and RADAR’s but will lack in range due to using Stingers.

Doesn’t really matter. The game mechanics physically limit how effective they can be against a well-played jet.

I disagree but let’s agree to disagree lol. 🤝

But for record, I did say I was down for more SPAA, including the Tor-M1, etc. I’m down for more SPAA across the board.

🇹🇼 Land Sword II surface-to-air missile system

  • First test of it. If Gaijin is looking into multi-vehicle SPAA, it’s definitely an option.

@GTP_Paulie-psn Do you know of this already?

Just recently but it might be a mockup made for that show, with no Bushmaster fitted with real Starstreaks. Although it would be cool if it did exist, it would also have been a UK prototype, they would be the operator nation.
