I might be wrong but I don’t think it has HMD, infact I think the only F-4’s to have HMD are the F-4J and S with their VTAS.
I only hovered quickly about what you linked and yes, if its HMD and an ESA (like i said, i hovered over at mach jesus cuz im also tired) then i can see it and agree

No, only ones IRL to have HMD I believe are the US F-4J/S. I think Turkey’s F-4E 2020 Terminator is compatible with one but they haven’t given it any so far, maybe they will if they keep it in service for a while longer but probably not.

Also, last time I saw HMD mentioned for F4F ICE was probably in June 2024 xD
