F-15EX would have weakness that the F-15C GE doesn’t have, such as potentially having LESS missiles, and also having worse maneuverability.

F-15EX would potentially have similar acceleration/climb-rate to the AESA-Typhoon while being much less maneuverable, no MAWS, only 140 degree AESA, no IRST (other than Legion pod), hence the budget AESA-Typhoon statement, so it is fairly reasonable to be shocked that you would call for Meteor when the F-15EX would be worse than AESA-Typhoon.

at the very least the 15EX would have the same ammount of missile
since it gets 2 extra wing stations that can mount the MRML
here you can see it carring the aim120 there, but it can also carry the aim9x there

only the F-15EX has the extra wing pylons
and with those you get 12 AMRAAMs
8 mounted like on the F-15C (non GE) + 4 mounted on the MRML mounted directly to the wing
but i suspect that the 15EX will be able to mount the MRML like the F-15C GE pushing the total ammount of missiles to 16 in WT

Same, already have aircraft(even if still need a tech-tree one), and SPAA just need an MBT and one or more LAV variants.
