i doubt it, the roles are way too specific in my opinion
they can both do other stuff too, If worse than other variants of the type
Tornado ECRs are available for all ASSTA upgrades so Paveways would be available for them
F4G also has GBU-8 Mavericks and Sparrows available
i mean i guess, maybe as squadron vehicles or foldered with the main variant like f4e
but why

at the same time you could also add f4e late, now im not sure if f4g is compatible with other cas weapons like paveways and mavericks
