yea i think its a safe bet to assume that we will see the first one in the week of 19-25, but we can cope for WiP devblogs because the CA-27 WiP devblog was almost 2 months before the update (so @exeisdefeatable isnt wrong to say that we might get a F-15EX WiP devblog today, who knows?)

I hope this anniversary update is as good as Firebirds, especially in terms of graphic improvements.
Firebirds introduced both RayTracing and wing-vapor effects, hopefully both get some major updates in quality.

What about France? Is there any plans for the Rafale to get the ability to attack SAM targets utilizing the RWR (or in this case the missing ESM)?

Iirc, some of the MLU software upgrades incorporated the software for HARMS to be used on the F-16. So even if none of the countries used it, it could in that case be argued that they were capable of using it.

France also has nothing that currently has HARM integrated.
This element of sensor fusion doesnt currently exist in game.
Given that they implemented ARMs as a whole new mechanic is there any reason why they haven’t implemented this ability when this is the primary method of doing anti-SEAD for an aircraft like the Rafale?
If only the F-16AM coukd use HARMs

i don’t know anything about the MLU program, but the Block 30s could carry HARMs
