Personally, I guess the trailer is going to feature a lot of submarines, which is probably why it’s coming a bit earlier. They likely don’t want to reveal too much through the devblogs before the trailer drops.

I don’t think that the US really has a good argument for the vehicles like the M24 HVMS super Chaffee since it was an upgrade program for existing stocks, the US wasn’t involved (the same should be said for the AMX-30 Super and Germany, France wasn’t building new AMX-30’s, and could absolutely be added to the German tree).
I think the argument for something going to multiple trees is more relevant if the testbed/prototype vehicle would have required manufacturing from both nations if the vehicle had entered service. Think things like Tulpar with Hitfact 120mm, the Hanwha Red back with a CTA 40 turret, Vickers Valkyr CM90, or Alvis S530
