Hello, I was getting this and BSOD a few days ago, I resolved by re-installing Battleye launcher from scratch and running it as admin once again.
Sometimes windows security updates can also interfere, may not be your case though.
I have definitely insider leaks about what vehicle would appear

Always verify the files, first thing I usually do after restarting my PC.
Most of the time it fixes the issue right away.

I do think think there’s some nuance when it comes to to degree of the “parts” portion of the phrase, the optics being French shouldn’t put the vehicle in France, but when a vehicle never ends up being exported or generating any sales and requires a hull and turret from two different nations that’s something that can reasonably go to both (Clovis, EMBT)

Imo amount of devblogs before teaser doesn’t really matter. If it’s a small update (as November updates usually are) with minimal amounts of QoL changes that can’t really be shown in a trailer, very few devblogs beforehand would make sense.

The usual lowest Corporate effort and cost possible.
I don’t mind it going to both if that’s what they want, as long as the highest available priority is still met. That’s really just an extra vehicle at that point which doesn’t take anything away.
But the main priority on a vehicle never operated by or made for a specific nation would be the company that made it, so that should be the place it’s guaranteed to go.
This can be multiple companies, or multiple national branches of one, for example EMBT is made by KNDS Germany and KNDS France, so it’s not just French or German even if both of these are KNDS.
