yea as a decal not as their flag, the same reason why the Rising sun in the Japanese TT was replaced, Countries have their national flag behind their vehicles, all of them except ROC…

they had multiple back then aswell cause of the different partys (revolutionary’s), but iirc the offical one was the stripped color one
They had an entirely different flag before they adopted the one we see in-game
The new one you posted also is their military flag, rather than national flag
