What is the difference between tbe 2?
Different engine deck and exhaust pipes, according to Google. Basically the same vehicle in Game.
Two piece gun, Panther G engine deck and larger gun mantlet thats externally bolted

Tech Tree G1 we have ingame already has the two piece gun and bolted mantlet though, as they were introduced on late G1s
The premium Bfw. Jagdpanther is the only one with a single piece gun and the original mantlet as an “early” G1
I know the G2 was leaked a while ago, but considering we have a TT one and a premium one, I really hope that’s not the case. Makes very little sense to have two separate premium Jagdpanthers at the same BR when they’re not part of a pack or something. To me the G2 feels like it would make a good secondary event reward for a multi vehicle event like Operation Winter, where say the top reward is a banger aircraft.

iirc we never had a vehicle with such a high rank as a secondary reward in the winter or summer events, they’ve always been rank I or rank II
It’s usually four vehicles right? So say, two planes, a mid tier TD and a low rank coastal. Not saying it will be this year or any specific year, just saying the G2 alone is not exciting enough to be the big ticket item of a good battle pass. Not sure how many people would buy it when they can just wait for the Bfw Jagdpanther to go 50% off and buy it for GE.
Of course we’ve had some truly atrocious BPs in the recent past, especially Apollo’s Chariot, so everything’s possible, it would just be very disappointing.
