Next Major Update - Rumor Roundup & Discussion

I can argue about multiple things. The main promise of sub trees was filling gaps with the SA sub tree. The original vehicles discussion came with Finland, because of course we were not going to complain for the lack of original vehicles when SA tree dropped.

Yes the AMX-30s are performing worse now, yes you have a tree bias so the thing is still 8.7, yes there is a small gap at 8.3, yes people love Gepards and their APHE. And yes people will love the new vehicle. For me, it is just a meh patch to a non existent problem.

And the last topic. Benelux would be 3 times the tree Israel could be, but you are defending Dutch content in French tree today.

iirc the main promise of the SA subtree was to add diveristy, not to explicitely fill gaps

Before delivery they were mounted during testing (AGM-65B/D), and integration remained (especially on the hardly modified Baraks in initial service).

It’s unknown if integration remained on more highly modified aircraft like the Sufa.

but that was for AI controlled cluster weapons

we all know that the stuff used by AI in NE is heavily simplified to improve server load

I clearly remember the claim “We wanted to introduce light tanks to British tech tree”

I mean I’ve had my fair share of “Forum Vacations” and bug reporting “vacations” so it’s more so just sharing in general what happens occasionally.

Btw are we going to get some more crew voices aside from the ones added recently? Myself and a few others are still 100% down to VA for gaijin so they don’t use AI or non native speakers

That was one part. Vehicle lineup and gameplay diversity as well as representing more nations that dont / cant have standalone trees was of equal if not more importance.

Representation?

Finlands unique vehicles are all event/prem so I don’t buy that claim in the slightest lmao

Especially ZA when it comes to air with the helicopters being the only unique air aspect.

Well, if server load still is a concern, those weapons will behave the same even when launched by a player

Finland has a whole line of researchable vehicles operated by their armed forces throughout their history.

That’s adding diversity lol

no since there arent potentially 50 players that are going to use cluster munitions

unlike with the AI that is on the ground

With cluster munitions and LOAL (for the GCS) coming I wonder whether they’ll add the other JSOW variants too.

More filling gaps than diversity

What time they starting lol

Uhhh, the AI wasn’t spamming those weapons at all

Meanwhile there could be up to 32 players spamming cluster bombs

How do you come to that conclusion 🤔
I am pretty sure the Great snail can do more than one thing at a time ?
Also the fact a lot of stuff is months if not years in the making sometimes*

And how many of them are copy and paste and lack their aspects that make them unique?

Why is more than half of all unique Finnish vehicles locked behind and event/prem, that’s trash representation. Gaijin only sees anything somewhat unique on Finland as a way to earn money.

Why not add the T34-75 as a TT or change the T-34 1941 to its pepperpot model with the new ammo?

You say Gaijin cares about representing nations but yet the devs decided to say no to adding the first domestic modified Hornet because it’s not what they wanted?

I mean hell most all but 2 TT aircraft are event/prem that are unique B-239 and MLU 2 if I want solid representation of Finland I have to buy it for ground and air.

Where’s the Sturmi their most iconic vehicle anyways? You say you focus on representation but how many years has it been, how about a TT Patria?
