Next Major Update - Rumor Roundup & Discussion

Eh, I’m skeptical. Plenty of people already have top tier US unlocked and I doubt they’d be as inclined to drop money on a (assumedly lower-ish tier) YF-23 when they’d be able to get an F-35 pretty easily.

How many more of the Mig-25/31 family could still be added?

Spoiler

Shout out to the 55th for being the squadron to actually cause me to lose in a way that wasn’t me being overconfident in my aircrafts ability to pull up from an attack run.

Just look at it compared to the Eurofighter/Super Hornet in the GB tree, it doesn’t bring anything else that the others can’t do so it’s not needed now

it cant. It is a 5gen Aircraft, what goes into rank 9, were gajin itself said (idk if they really said it) no prem at the highest rank. Unless it goes into rank 8.

The YF23 can become a Premnium, becouse it is a rival to the F22, but the F23 had better flight character. I let it to be dabeted by Aircraft specalists, i am a Tanker

I don’t care how it compares to anything, it’s an entirely unique 4.5 gen that still hasn’t been added

Is it? What’s unique about it?

Nope. It wouldn’t receive the same ordnance as the F-22 unless Gaijin were feeling especially merciful.

Pretty sure it’s the smallest and lightest of the supersonic fighters.

Did it have a gun? If so, no missiles but overturned stealth >>>>

That does make sense, but if gaijin just decided to add rank 10 then there is a very big chance it could become a rank 9 prem (though highly unlikely, i doubt gaijin will add a new rank for 5th gen and i don’t think any other nation would be able to fill rank 9 besides US, maybe China as well)

Neither of the YF-22/23 did.

In all honesty F-15E1 is mostly redundant as we seem to be rushing towards stealth fighters. But if they were smart they’d use the opportunity F-15E1 provides to be a testbed for how we would see stealth (just RAM coating) would work in actual fights. Same with stuff like modelling HG V on the PoBIT or RCS reductions on other fighters that would give us some level of understanding on how fighting with and against lower RCS aircraft would be.

But now it’s likely we’ll see E1 much later than 5th gens.

Are you for real?

It’s an entirely indigenous design.

Do you consider the Tornado as not unique because the MiG-23 did swing wings first?
Or the F-16XL as not unique because the Draken exists?
The F-2A as not unique because the design is based on that of the F-16?

i checked, the F22 have Aim120 adn Aim9, but the YF23 didnt had any, it never went into service. But it would have the the same ordinance like the F22.

The Yf23 would proably end up a prem or a squadron aircaft, or the best TT. Premnium & Sqadron is becouse it has a almost equal aircraft in the TT so it can become a prem via Gajin Thinking

UK would get both F-35A & B, as would Italy iirc

Stretching the definition of copy paste there, though. Skeptical they’d add more than one F-35 to any non-US tree unless they got super desperate

why? Would it get Aim7?

Gaijin do not add stuff that would be received - Gripen is #1 example.

As I said, they’d have to be immensely merciful to make it more than a 14.0 at most.

Realistically that would its armament, yes

Bought F-35? I think F-35 would roll out first, becouse almost all NATO Lands bought or buying a F-35. Germany recivied its first F-35 i think
