This has previously been answered a couple of times now. The shells bellow the turret are the last to be used, as shells are taken from the turret rack before moving down. Shell reloading from a capture point naturally works in the reverse order.
That would need some sort of material to support that.

You should absolutely get it whenever you have the time. It’s one of the better 10.7s and it fits in an incredibly stacked 10.7 lineup.

But, like you said, the bustle rack is the most convenient one, so it makes no sense that the bustle rack is left empty in favour of the floor rack.

Oh, to me, 10.7 is low BR compared to 12.7, hahah.
When it comes to CAS, I mean; no LMURs, no KH-38s, no AGM-179s, no Eurofighters, no Rafales with AASMs, etc. There’s CAS, of course, but orders of magnitude less capable than the 12.7-13.0 ones.
10.7 is the sweet point where many tanks feel and play the same as 12.7s, but with less CAS and less sweat. With a more chill pacing, even, as many tanks aren’t as mobile.

I generally don’t enjoy watching my missiles miss their targets entirely on the radar screen and getting annihilated while trying to hide the radar and launch vehicles

I gotta spade it someday, but the Chally 1s are just too goated to not use.
Chally 1s and vickers Mk.7 are also simply better than the T-90S for me, but that is just my preference.
EDIT: I am considering swapping the Stormer AD for the Strela though

I personally wouldn’t, the search radar of the AD is very solid plus over the strella.
Myself I run the AD + OSA + HVM in my 10.7 line up
