I would like to see some proof FROM from gaijin or someone defending this that they used real math and didn’t pull something out about the -22% thrust when installed and that J-16 isnt over performing

it also belongs to you since you decided to say that f-15 isn’t underperforming and that J-16 engines are just fine
-22% comes from what pw website says the unistalled is vs what the stat card says in game
never said that i made fun of you for saying the intakes are the same

no it should not equal the same as actual experts which you guys keep saying are not experts say a good engine and intake system should be closer to -4-8% nowhere near 22% now where is your proof ?

really that’s dumb anyways I’m done with this my proof will be on a bug report and the bug manager will be the judge of that
the proof are one of the 3 or 4 useable f15 manuals with performance graphs
if you just increace the theust on the F-15s then they would overperform massively
so if gaijin would be increacing the thrust, then they would also increace the drag to compensate
meaning worse speed bleed for the F-15s

So the F-15E’s installed thrust is as a result of replicating the actual flight model. They could reduce the thrust loss from 22% down to something more reasonable, but it would result in more airframe drag.
Gaijin sees it more important to do time-to-speed targets, Mach max, and other flight performance metrics rather than arbitrary thrust installed values.
The game makes the installed thrust values fit the flight performance, not making the flight performance fit the thrust values.
