They did plan to integrate western weapons on the MiG-29 Sniper, but nobody bought it.
The MiG-21 LanceR seems to be able to carry Python-3s and western A2G odrnances.

and sidewinders are IR guided not ARH or SARH much simpler than changing a jet to have radar missiles not good comparison

Certainly not impossible, this is the MiG-29N with a Sidewinder. iirc the MiG-29 Sniper was also capable of using NATO Weapons but I don’t think it was ever seen.
a pod is also a easier process show me a rafale with r77-1 please or a f16 with R77 its like trying to put a Russian 125mm gun dart inside a 120mm Abrams gun
I have already explained why sidewinder is easier than putting aim120 on a mig29
