Next Major Update - Rumor Roundup & Discussion

They obviously have surplus resources to hire new devs that work on infantry, right?

Instead of hiring people to work on infantry, they could have hired people to work on existing modes.

Regular ARB, GRB, Sim, Assault, etc desperately need to be improved, NE is half-baked, naval has been a sinking ship since it was added, a lot of the time they add new mechanics, those mechanics are left in an extremely basic form and never expanded on, etc

The chances of infantry ending up like naval are pretty high, especially when looking at Enlisted

???

What is it with you and New Zealand?

So long as they are actually separate teams they should be fine to work on infantry. Yes there are some areas that could do with some more resources (like all things cockpit modelling) but overall I do think infantry will add a lot of opportunities to WT.

If you want to talk about a waste of resources just look at Aces of Thunder.

A lot of opportunities to miss lol
Like, even when I try to be optimistic, their track record really crushes that optimism

That I will 100% agree on

You not wrong 😀

But I read from this suggestion

He’s TheKiwiThunder

Always love how people do that, it make them sound so big when in fact they’re usually small : P

I hope India gets some representation in the researchable air tree soon.

I ALSO hope that it goes like this in preference of additions:

  1. Domestic designs (e.g., Tejas series)
  2. Domestic modifications of exported aircraft (e.g., Su-30MKI)

And, as a very last resort, exported (or C&P) aircraft if aircraft before it lacks anything that can’t be filled by #1 or #2 (e.g., Rafale)

India can get its turn as soon as they finally add some more SAAF planes

There defo space for them but depends whether or not gaijin has the balls to do it, it would also give Britain around 3 new top tier jets but I wouldn’t have any hopes until 5th gen tho

You will take your Gripen and you will be happy

(Jokes aside, I’m not familiar with SAAF, what other planes do they have?)

Su30mki, the most overrated plane in WT

Plug and play Su-30SM with Indian/Israeli avionics? What could go wrong (or incredibly right)

Last I heard they were fiddling with AESA + new engines.

Now that Gaijin have figured out how to have a horizontal scroll bar there is pretty much unlimited space in the TT’s, just need them to work out how to add a 6th line now.

So overpowered that gaijin is scared to add it as they fear it would ruin the game for the Russian player base. Therefore Britain should and will expect it’s own Typhoon
