What if we get 5th gens before F-15EX and Su-35 considering theyre literally the pinnacle of their classes and will be much much better in the warthunder meta than the 5th gens if given next gen missiles
As nice as something like that or one of the EPC Leclercs would be, I think it’s very unlikely.
France was tied as the last nation to get a rank VI ground premium in 2019 (AMX-30 Super) and when the Leclercs were bumped to Rank VII in 2023, France was without a premium tank that could grind top tier until Leopard 2a4 premium was added to the tree in June 2025. With a 6 year gap between new “high tier” pack premiums, expecting something this year is likely unrealistic.
That being said, given that we’ve been told the development cycle is ~2 years, and in 2025 we were told French domestic designs did not meet the criteria for a pack premium, a best case scenario for an actual French pack premium before summer 2027 is as you mentioned a premium reskin with adjusted ammo selection.
It will be interesting to see how that impacts the next round of Senrai Maidens content (Italy, Israel, France, and Sweden) , so maybe there’s some added pressure to give France something French from that front.
Considering the EX while not as maneuverable as the raptor gets a much higher missile load while carrying the same next gen missiles as it. Has an incredible radar and ews on top of the amazing F-15E engines
and being much more maneuverable and lighter than the regular F-15s and having HMS whereas the raptor does night
France genuinely needs some hard hitting vehicles or theres gonna be an uprising

120d already in game, 9x should already be on everything at rank 9 and the F-15E, not sure what you are getting at.
The issue i see with 5th gens is that their missiles loads compared to what we have atm are very low. And unfortunately atm with the meta whichever team spams more missiles is usually the winner
As for the upcoming update we’ll have to see.
Personally I hope to see more french naval too. This year has been amazing so far for French naval additions.
Sadly I’m expecting a Dutch leopard as a senrai maiden vehicle, unless we get a French MBT premium tank soon-ish. However, that would have to (sadly) be either something prototype, or export (so foreign). And it might be a bit too early for a Leclerc MBT premium, although considering the recent BR changes, that would put a Leclerc premium at 0.7 below the new ground top tier of 13.0 (for ground vehicles), very similar to what happened with the 12.0 Abrams premium.
I dont think any french main is gonna be happy with a dutch senrai maiden pack

Neither will the Dutch players be happy with a Senrai Maiden pack. (as far as I’ve spoken to people in Dutch squadrons like P4n1C and DBAT) They already have a very large amount of premium dutch vehicles.

Not that I don’t disagree about France needing more French/jointly French designs added, but what the hell is an uprising supposed to look like?
A big part of why French player counts fall of (relatively speaking) after 7.7/8.0 is the lack of meaningful and interesting additions, so the actual issue is that theres an unmet demand for vehicles and a matching amount of lost profit associated with it

They added 3 of the same aircraft to one nation from 2 nations, 2 of which share a BR, and what they do they make the one from the nation that only got one premium. Even tho they could have given both nations a TT version.
Plus jesters at the F-16 stuff so many Belgium F-16, it took complaints to make it Dutch as they where planning on added like our 5th Belgium F-16 with the premium one, if they where planning on adding so many of the same shared aircraft you’d think they balance it out but nope every every aircraft after a point seem to need to be Belgian.
