Yeah, I should’ve clarified that I was reacting to the posibilty/hypothetical. I actually made a Reddit post questioning the leak’s validity, since it was posted there first, and I’ve literally never heard any complaints about an “occupied French map”. And the alleged “backlash” just doesn’t make much sense to me on multiple levels.
The rest of the “leaks” are either easy guesses, like modern ships after submarines (yeah, no shit, Mobile already has tons of them, and what other types of vessels are even left to add?), or just seem like engagement bait. Like the claims about fictional tanks like the Löwe and Ho-I being open to be added barely a year after Gaijin removed the R2Y2s would require some pretty major policy shifts, which seems unlikely.
