Except PL-17 would immediately outclass the PL-15 I’d imagine. I can’t see Gaijin adding both PL-15 and PL-17 at the same time, hence why I’d see two different radar generations.
Not really. The Meteor, AIM-260, and PL-17 are pretty much brand new. The R-77M is an improved R-77 on paper, but its more comparable to something like the AIM-260. The R-37M is just a modernized version of a missile that has already been around for a couple decades. And the AIM-174B is just an SM6 without the booster, and the SM6 has also been around for a bit over a decade.
Yes that’s true, still no proof of it having dual pulse either. Just speculation atp.

Its real, we know its huge, we dont know anything else, its most compareble to the superhuge a2a missiles
There are also rumors that the AIM-120D-3 also has an AESA seeker. Nothing to really prove it as true/false though. And the AIM-260 probably just has the latest version of the AMRAAM seeker, since that’s something the US military does with a lot of missiles.

Gaijin’s modeling will likely assume PL-15 stats but tweaked/tuned up, so at that point I don’t see why it wouldn’t be a larger less-draggier dual-pulse missile with even more range.
Yeah the poll is just there to show people that “next gen radar” encompassing ALL of the above missiles and grouping them together is just an odd way of looking at it. Like to think that the AIM-174B and AIM-260 would come at the same time is just odd.
