The clarifying information here from @l2ulan is a start.
We have passed all the commentary on to the developers already, however since we are right in a major update cycle, its extremely unlikely they will be able to do much soon. Hence why a detailed and comprehensive report with all context and information would be more beneficial.

Part of the difficulty in reporting vehicles that are still in service is that sources are unusable due to their live security classification.

I think F-15EX (whose devblog is today, i know it) would definitely be a top 3 jet in the game, behind EFT, rafale and Su-30sm2, acceleration as fast as F-15E, FM better then F-15E with AESA radar, 12 missile and spherical RWR and MAW (maybe). It would also be good in CAS and NE

There is no “second”, because they (Su-30/35) would both be tied for first.
PL-12A >= AIM-120D. The difference in performance even from a low energy state is really good if you compare both.
FM wise F-15EX beats it in acceleration and top speed but only because it’s hard capped at Mach 2.1 for whatever reason (stat card itself shows a max speed of ~2500 km/h or Mach 2.3)

O-I was hard denied literally weeks ago. Ho Ris have just been removed and the old removed German vehicles are still highly requested. I highly doubt that such a fast pivot to paper, without much longer laying of groundwork, is actually in the cards here.
You’re attributing this list to a reputable source of guesses or I would dismiss it out of hand, but even so, this one is hard to believe.
For example, Switzerland: while there has been some pushback, it’s hardly been enormous. And how can there be pushback against a map of occupied France when 1. There has been no public discussion of such between the devs and the community, 2. We already have several maps in the game that essentially feature occupied France (Normandy, Fields Of Normandy, Maginot Line)?

Su-30SM2 and Su-35 share exact technologies. Su-35 should have lower drag, but it wouldn’t matter since the difference is small
