Yeah useful in NE but not capped exclusively to NE, capped to air modes as a whole.

it will be a sight peak for trailers and everything really
Depends on how effective they end up being and what exact ones are added, some of the anti-tank clusters that have self guiding bomblets will be great but some will be very limited given how overpowering SPAA is.
