Not in the way you’d think, it’s like the F-35I where the only real modifications are integration with IDF networks/Israeli datalink and integration with Israeli weapons. Israel also usually gets extended access to source code for seamless integration.

The biggest question mark with the F-15IA is what the camo would look like, but I guess we can have a pretty solid guess for now and it can easily be adjusted later when the first airframe rolls off the production line in a few years
