for the Greek one that is a Mk.2 (i have no idea of the Taiwanese is a plain -5 or a Mk.2 too) definitely has the compatibility, if not they should have never added the ARMAT

Depends on the BR you’re trying to play. For me, no real wait times (13.3 to 14.7). Same deal with Nuclear Escalation or Tactical Skies (AKA Air RB with smaller teams). Haven’t tried Bullet Hell yet.
