So with the Cheetah PTRL CA1 coming next patch, what about the OF-40 ATAK-35 for Italy finally?

Thinking more about the Gripen, it could either be British (ZA 39D), Italian (Hungarian 39D) or Japanese (Thai 39D).

F/A-18D pack is in a similar boat: US, Germany, Japan and Sweden can get one.

JAPAN already have an f/a-18D

No because it didn’t happen. The only time this ever happened in warthunder was the AJ because gaijin was really desperate for something to add

Never stopped them adding a early equivalent before. US and Swiss 18C’s are a prime example.

Yeah I misremembered, Swiss don’t use them.

Tbf, I wonder how long the Snail will keep support WT on consoles like PlayStation 4 and Xbox One

But they use F/A-18D’s :3

Soooo, Maybe? (Cope, but who knows xD)

They are still relatively cheap (Cheaper than new Gens), so depends when they want to stop the hardware limitations (There will always be a disparity between Console and PC)

Its an excuse to add a Fox-3 prem, since we are now going down that route for top tier.

Exactly

Means the fictional F/A-18C “Early” for the Swiss can be binned off.

Which “Early”?
There is none

The 12.7 premium one, they gave it a fictional “Early” configuration with Sparrows, which Switzerland never bought. Same goes for its guided A2G and AIM-9L, when in reality it used 9P-4 and 9P-5 in service.

Its Compatible, or atleast no one can prove its not anymore Compatible, so according to Snail rules its fine to get it

I mean, do we have the 9P-4/-5 in game else where?

AIM-9P-4 are in game, on some Thai and ASEAN aircraft. AIM-9P-5 is not in game, when it so easily could be, since its an AIM-9P-4 with the 9L seeker replaced by the 9M’s seeker, and the motor replaced with a reduced smoket/smokeless one.
