It’s just that if there were more than a month between this and the next update, then I would say 100% for next week. But since (as I wrote above) it will be released on the 29th, the update will literally just be released, and then the devblogs for the winter update will start right away a week later. It seems like this has never happened before, so I’m comparing the chances.
