With regards to events I don’t actually think that’s a huge problem
I’d much rather see stuff like the Pakistani T-80, Israeli Nightfighter Meteor, or this as opposed to stuff like the EBR 1954, BMD-4, or Pak puma being fomo’d
That being said, with this one in specific it is a little disappointing that we’ve now had two Patria event vehicles, but have yet to have one for the Finnish subtree that isn’t an SPAA

Why would Finland most iconic and influential tank be an event? (Sturmi) Should we make the Abrams an event exclusive so nobody can enjoy that? The Moukari does fit but doubt it brings in the attention considering the Vidar exists.

I wouldn’t count the Sisu as it was here before the subtree existed and it’s shared with France who had no effort in mounting it aside from selling the gun on the market.
With that logic in mind the Begleitpanzer should go to Sweden because Bofors sold the gun and made special ammo for it and called it a day. (Pls no snail we have CV90s and it wouldn’t make sense just like the Ito on france already makes no sense )

Having an extra 9th task despite the event being a 600K points one definitely helped people to get the vehicle more.
As more people got the vehicle, the coupon is cheaper
@Smin1080p_WT Since Crossout recently completely updated its graphics, is anything similar planned for War Thunder? I think it’s been a very long time since there were any major changes to the graphics or to the Dagor engine in general
No, teaser is most likely next week so no chance of a teaser this week.

Logically, it makes sense, given the previous Firebirds and Spearhead updates. But it looks like things will be different in practice this time around.
Although, on the other hand, last year the teaser came out just a week after the devblogs started. And they also need to manage to release this update, since new devblogs are supposed to start in November! And by the way, last year the teaser for the Christmas update was also released a week after the devblogs started. So it’s quite possible to hope, but this year’s teaser schedule has shifted quite a bit, so it’s unlikely.

Although, you know, I was thinking that the teaser SHOULD definitely be released tomorrow, despite the past teasers. Because if they release it on the 29th, they’ll need about 3 weeks on average to fix the dev server, and during those 3 weeks, the devblogs for the next update will already have to be going. So, the gap between the release of this update and the start of the next devblogs will be a WEEK. I don’t think that’s ever happened before.
Also, they need to announce the event, the “Dreams Come True” event, the discounts, and so on.
