Last year we got the first vehicle blog on 15 October. Tuesday last year was a boat blog, which we had early, so air or Ground today.
There was no W.I.P. blogs coming up to the season this time around? I really liked that for the last season

Nice CCRP improvment.
But I’d also like to see improvements to the CITV system, such as a more user-friendly or customizable reticle for the commander’s sight, and having the commander’s sight rotate along with the camera when using freecam to look around the vehicle, without having to enter CITV mode just to rotate the sight.

Don’t read too much into what the devblogs were like last year. Being excited for the next update is fun and all but obsessing over devblog release dates and quantity is unhealthy.

How did they tell you that?
My submarine copium has already been fulfilled (though I still wonder if it’ll be a proper addition or just an event) so I can now go through this dovbleg cycle in a zen-like state.

1 Devblog and 2 Discount News
Likely because the two updates are so close, they aren’t needed. I expect to see them between the winter & spring updates, spring and summer and, like this year, summer and September.
The September, November, and December updates are back-to-back, so there isn’t a lot of dead space with next to no news.

I would advise against trying to workout how many or when we will get devblogs as things can always change and as highlighted in the FAQ, as some people get upset when said guess don’t come through.

Because the wait in between updates is short after the Summer update. November → December is 5 weeks ish to the latter update releasing. WIP blogs are a “we know you’re waiting for the next update, but here’s something we can share to quench the cope in the meantime” tool. We will literally blink and see Bob again in hangar in ~8-9 weeks or so.
EDIT: (But I wouldn’t completely rule out any WIP blogs, though. Gaijin is, as always, full of surprises)
