Well, the MiG-29N we have in-game should be able to carry Sidewinders.
The Su-30MKM uses a Damocles pod.
The Su-30MKI can make use of the LITENING pod and they have worked on integrating MICAs and I-Derby-ERs and they seem to be working on integrating ASRAAMs as well.
There are plenty of examples out there.

They did plan to integrate western weapons on the MiG-29 Sniper, but nobody bought it.
The MiG-21 LanceR seems to be able to carry Python-3s and western A2G odrnances.

and sidewinders are IR guided not ARH or SARH much simpler than changing a jet to have radar missiles not good comparison
