As far as I’m aware, Kh-25MPU is predated by the Su-25T program, hence why it’s not much mentioned in the manuals or documentation… Might be wrong on that but I recall it being a semi-modernized export-oriented missile rather than designed for Soviet/Russian use.
and at the time Kh-31Ps were more focused for use on Su-24M and formerly MiG-27M/K afaik.
Kh-31P on Su-39 was more likely a means of increasing it’s effectiveness for export customers in the future since it was shown off till about the mid-2000s, Kh-58/58U were the main long range Soviet SEAD weapons till the 2000s with Su-27SM/MiG-29SMT/Su-34.

I’ll start by saying that I’d love to see modern IIR, but I got the feeling that anniv/december updates are more likely for them.
any news on ALARM coming to any of the multiple airframes that could carry it below 12.3? (mainly the Tornado F3 and Tornado GR1)
the idea that the missile is to strong for matches blow 12.3 falls apart when it has some of the worst stats for an ARM in the game, its lofting ability often results in it over shooting the target when launched at close range and when launched at long range leaves it as a sitting duck.
Right now I have barely seen anyone use it and the ones that have are saying its a mid weapon at best

As its only been a few days since the major, that hasn’t changed yet. As mentioned, as ARMs are an entirely new weapon system to the game, some time is needed to monitor and review their impacts before decisions are taken on expanding loadouts. This isn’t something that should be expected soon.

While playing the sepv3 i noticed that the A2 version of the round deals more damage and penetrates more armor than the A3 version. Do you know why?

Any news on ESM mechanic to come for aircraft that could have used it without it being tied to ARMs? Currently only aircraft with ARMs can use ESM, which isn’t realistic as ESM can be used on its own.
welp thats depressing when i was told that the ALARM was to strong to be below 12.3 I assumed it would have been actually good instead of one the worst preforming ARMs in the game but im not surprise at this point that gaijin continue to deny it going on other aircraft
