something i just remembered is how the MANPADS work as all of the IR SAM missiles are either the Stinger or just have copy paste stats similar to the stingers (i’m calling it MANPADS due to the fact its all based off or used as a MANPADS system) as long as the AI gets changed to always have the radar up for stuff like ZSU-23-4M4s instead of only pulling up the radar to engage when you are in range it shouldn’t really be an issue, not to mention they could also give the S-75/SA-2 missile sites another use at the lower BRs for the theoretical 9.0-10.7 and 11.0-12.7 BR brackets, although it would be less lethal ie engagement heights, in theory it would be more similar to how the nuclear event first was as even in custom modes the missiles actually need a radar lock and track to even do something unlike how the SAM systems in the mode currently behave where if you are in range it will shoot over a hill to try and kill you
I wonder if Gaijin plans to update the old model for the Nashorn. The Hummel that just got added has the same hull and upper superstructure, the only thing that would need to be changed is the gun and a few other minor cosmetic tweaks.

I want to know, why can the F-18C carry the Litening2 targeting pod, but the F-18E can’t, and the ATFLIR targeting pod even takes up a valuable AIM-120 hardpoint? Is it because the ATFLIR is actually more advanced in real life, or is this also part of the US Navy’s cost-cutting efficiency plans? Or is this something Gaijin just made up?
Hornets are employed by both the USN and USMC, LITENING is a unique capability for USMC airframes(Doctrinally permitted self-designation with PGMs, due to the much larger FoV, and added Designator vs early NITEHAWKs). ATFLIR is used by the USN airframes. The original NITEHAWK(AAS-38) pod is shared between the services, The LITENING was selected by the USMC due to commonality with the AV-8B(NA), where as the ATFLIR was an outgrowth of a clean sheet NAVY TGP design to modernize the underlying electronics, and retain the fuselage station formfactor, which is a holdover from the basic requirement of the F/A-18 to provide the option for the A-18 to replace the Pave Spike targeting pod for FMS Early block F-4Es.
It’s, not obvious but Gaijin are modeling different configurations, its why a US F/A-18D could be made unique since it could be an opportunity to add a Marine airframe.

A useless urban ops package seems exactly like something Gaijin would add, see TUSK on all the 12.7 Abrams.
Giving how it’s a similar kit to the PSO (although more advanced) it would turn the 2a7HU into the best tank (although it’s already up there) being completely 30mm proof and very good against atgms

Go check yourself the PSO frontally is 30mm proof (there’s 2 small spots if missing armour what is ridiculous)
again we told ourselves that as well, the Challenger 2TES/OES should be pretty much immune to 30mm APFSDS from the front and most of the sides (the armour package adds about 170-180mm of KE protection, in game its 30mm of KE)
vs MBTs it would still be the same. If they want to add new MBTs for other nations they can add the 2A7HU with said add on armor and a 2A7 with the same add on armor to Italy and Germany respectfully. Germany could see the 2A7A1 with trophy but no add on hull armor at the same time, to fill the same purpose as the M1A2 trophy.
US, Britain, Japan and Russia got more and/or better MBTs this update and with DM53 Sweden is also good now in terms of top tier MBTs (could still use a lot of love in other areas though).
So add these tanks to Germany and Italy, add the ZTZ99A (APS) to China, the Leclerc XLR w/SHARD to France and the Merkava Mk.4 (Iron Fist) to Israel and boom, you have improved the remaining 5 nations too, all in a similar upgrade level as the tanks this update.
The 2a7V is frontally immune to all apfsds (of 30mm) so if you add a PSO kit to it it’s still frontally immune AND most of its side and roof is protected. The 2a7HU with its urban kit will be a very good tank
At This point Germany needs more im hoping next update we get something like 2a7a1 or 2a8 with another uparmoured leopard like the 2a7+ with and without its urban kit and even more copefully the 2a6EX demo 1 or 2. Germany has so many leopards yet we seem to be the last to get them as of recent

Like I said in the previous post, Germany getting the 2A7+ or 2A6EX and 2A7A1 trophy together at the same time would be similar to the US getting the SEPv3 + M1A2 trophy this update.
America got their top tier APS tank 🤷♀️ so did Russia German can get its and Sweden could get it too but the 2a7+ and 2a6EX and even the older TVM are all long overdue and should of been added ages ago
