I can’t use a MS17 Gripen and use IRIS-T and a Non MS20 Gripen can’t use GBU-39, I could put it on a pylon but no way to link it to a computer that can’t run that equipment lmao
It took a while for the Ho-Ri and R2Y2s to disappear, I imagine we’ll get a replacement F-16 at 12.7 (the F-16A OCU could’ve easily been that, since it has AIM-120s it never used or is capable of using)

Its a dev choice, Gripens are not identified by their MS.
No Gripen C in game uses their respective radar, they use the MS17/ Gripen A radar
Which is weird cause we have F16s going by their blocks but the Gripens are dumbed down
So we have fictional Gripens Cs that Don’t exist

Yeah and the computers on the Gripen did not receive the ability to use GPS bombs until MS20

I think it has been abandoned. We won’t be seeing an actual prototype of it.

Gripen E runs on MS21
I think they meant vehicles that share the hull as they talked about the T58 also getting a model update in that same sentence I believe
