I think,
Big ERA = 40
Little ERA = 20
Tank (type 1) = 52
Thermals = 16
But no clue what the second tank is.
Assuming the different images for the tanks doesnβt mean they represent different values then I got:
(80 + 52 * 52)/16 = 174

Considering you can do all the combinations with adding TVD and unspecified ERA value to TURMS-T, as well as removing unspecified ERA value to 72A, no.

If the T-72A would have been first, it could have worked. As in T-72A + Thermals + ERA = Turms
The first tank is T-72AV TURMS-T, it gains the Thermal sight over the standard B, + it gains more ERA
