There are already 8 leads for clue 3, so it can only be 24 here. I checked Gaijin’s current official material. There has been no announcement of a Polish research tree coming in the next major update. The most recent major update was Heavy Cavalry, released on 24 June, and Gaijin has not subsequently announced Poland as the new nation for the following update.
What Gaijin has officially announced is:
they plan to implement a standalone Korean research tree, containing vehicles from both South and North Korea.
That came directly from Community Update No. 8. Importantly, Gaijin did not give Korea a release update/date either.
There are plenty of community proposals for a Polish tree, and Poland certainly has enough interesting material for people to keep discussing it, but those are proposals/speculation rather than a Gaijin confirmation.
So I’d currently rank the claims like this:

If Gaijin suddenly announces Poland during the coming dev-blog season, that would change matters, but right now you should not treat “Polish Tech Tree is coming in the next major update” as true.
I can also monitor the next-update dev blogs and tell you if Poland or Korea is actually announced.
