Yep, didn’t come to Harrier or Typhoon, let alone the GR1.
They actually kinda screwed Britain here, given that there are many ARM below 11.7 but we can only use them at max BR only

I’d say that all-band ALARM is better than single-band Kh-31, especially in these quantities
Do you have AIM-9M modification researched? If not then you can’t use BOL pods with AIM-9M.

Even then though, multi-band ARMs are at 11.3 and 11.7. But ALARM is only allowed at 12.3+ on a weak platform.
Its wierd.
I do not see why 2x ALARM at a minimum on the GR1 at 11.7 or even the Harrier GR7 at 12.0 would be so unbelievably game breaking.
Heck Su-39 I think has 4x all (or at least most) band ARMs at 11.3
I mean sure. 2 ALARMS would be fine
