IDK, there wouldnt be much missed out from having a BGTI Scimitar event tank given gaijin can easily add 2 of those yet alone the other thermal system scimies, or having either the 235/mk 2 as the event with the other appearing in the TT (rathering the mk2 as the event tank as it would be the “worse” of the 2)
Also extra funi if the BP is the Sabre at the same time ofc (and would get premium stat).

Also Mr Smin, would we be getting the prototype APFSDS rounds by Rheinmetall in the 00s for the RARDEN given the modernisation of the vehicle was originally including that, but it got dropped due to expecting CT40 to replace RARDEN on Warrior and Scimitar replaced by Ajax?
Also hope gaijin let us take the addon armour off for reduced weight like other tanks.

There are 3 scimitars and 1 sabre in the files and Gaijin makes the most unique one out of them an event vehicle.

Let them inject a turtle speed BGTI or something without any improvements but some deadweight, no thermals to the tree and call it a day
fyi the Mk2 is technically worse than the 235 version of the Scimitar because its a lot bigger and easier to see/hit and weights ~5 tons more for the same engine. It was also a limited production run vehicle with a short usage. Its IRL bonus was being mine/IED protected for the crew.
Arguably, we are still very likely to see the best Scimitar in the TT, where it should be.
After seeing the worst BMD-4 being tech tree and the existence of a premium Puma, I will complain starting from today till I see a tech tree upgraded scimitar, if they ever give

personal preference but I didn’t like the leaks tbh, for the past few updates I actually was surprised to see something new instead of knowing what is already coming
Its not a leak if Dev/Staff is showing something for one, I would also say “teasing” would be the correct word to use in this case also its a pretty safe bet to make they had permission to make the post.
