2A7A1 as SEPv2 Trophy counterpart
2A6A3 MODIFICATION for 2A6 to get better thermals on it (plus better looks), turning 2A6 into a true SEP counterpart.

The regular 2a7 imo wouldn’t do anything it would be another overtiered 2a6 and in all honesty it was kinda of a fancy 2a6. IMO what Germany needs is actually competitive and uparmoured mbts something like the 2a7+ in both configurations the 2a6EXs even the TVMs would be nice to finally have even with just the 2a7a1 Germany will be in the same spot as currently 1 armoured and 1 good tank and then glorified 12.3s
What is the difference between base 2A7 and 2A7+?
Gameplay wise? Just better thermals, UFP (NOT Glacis) composite screens, and… that’s it.
Meanwhile, T-72B3 has the UBH mod, which involves an armor overhaul and a brand new whole powerplant.
Uparmored is nice, but my priority is SWEET THERMALS hahah. That’s why I prefer 2A6A3 over 2A6EX or let alone TVM.
I also generally favour actual production and service vehicles over prototypes and demonstrators, but that’s probably just a me-thing.

2A7+ = 2A7HU
2A7 = cooler-looking 2A6 with 3rd gen thermals
(Gameplay wise I mean only; IRL there’s more to it)
This is also factoring Gaijin’s conception of the 2A7 armor.
In real life, 2A7 onwards have improved internal hull armor, on the 530mm KE range, and 2A7V has add-on armor ON TOP of that, putting it near 800mm KE.
But, according to Gaijin, 2A7s didn’t have improved internal hull armor, so 2A7V has the armor of 2E/2A6EX and 2A7 would have the same armor as 2A6 because they refuse to give the 2A7s their improved internal armor.

Wait, 2A7 and 2A7HU in game are not same? Besides the 50 cal, what is the main difference between 2A7V and 2A7HU in game?
Base 2a7 was basically a modern 2a6 made for a big of everything 2a7+ was mainly focused in urban ops and used different armour

Basically nothing lmao just one came from the earlier 2a7 upgrade to V (improved) and the other came from the 2a7+ it’s like improved roof armour. The 50 cal is nothing the flw 200 is available to be fitted if it’s needed
